All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the posted delivery date. All items must be in new condition to be eligible for a return. Items that have been mounted or installed are not eligible for return. Our team will request pictures to validate the condition of the item(s) before proceeding with the return.
Painted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Store credits or cash refunds are issued once the item(s) arrive back and are processed by our returns team which may take up to 5 business days.
