Returns policy & Warranty
Applicable for all the Klearz franchises:
Return policy
Defective products will be replaced or refunded within 60 days of purchase date. Payments will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
Other returns within 60 days of purchase will be accepted for merchandise credit or exchange. Refunds can also be issued with a 20% restocking fee.
Restocking fee table
Tier 1: Perfect condition. (Unopened & like-new) = 80% refund or 100% store credit.
Tier 2: Needs Refurbishment. (Product has visible scratches) = 70% refund or 90% store credit.
Tier 3: Not Salvageable. (Product is broken or cannot be refurbished) = No refund
All items sold in the clearance sections are sold as is, no returns or exchange.
LED bulbs have a 1 month warranty with free shipping. 3 month warranty is also included with the buyer responsible for shipping costs.

All returns must be approved, with an RMA. This is so that we can process your return as quickly as possible when we receive it. Please include as much information as possible about the reason for return.
- To create an RMA, login into your account
- Than select your order ID, and click Request a replacement or a refund
- Using the drop down box, select if you want a replacement or a refund
- Check the product to return, add comments if needed
- Select a reason
- Click the Return button
Order cancellation and Credit Card Fees Policy
Please note that if an order cancellation is requested, we reserve the right to charge our customers for any non-refundable credit card/paypal processing fees incurred. This charge will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
Warranty
Klearz lenses come with a one year warranty (from date of purchase). Warranties are non-transferable and are only valid for the original purchaser
